What it watches
$NURTI holders choose which onchain market the creature is exposed to. Each market bends a different gene, in proportion to the weight it carried. Weight is locked stake, never a spot balance — a vote that can be borrowed for one block is not a vote.
Locks for 7 epochs past the deposit — topping up re-locks the whole balance.
Nothing committed, so nothing to vote with. The daily care action needs none of this — that one is one wallet, one vote, and capital is not supposed to buy it.
Nothing here reads a price. The market a community picks influences the genome because the community picked it, not because an oracle said it went up — there is no feed to manipulate because there is no feed. Wallets at Care Score tier 3 may add a market to the menu, one per epoch.
